Founded in 2022, the Magnolia Project was named after the magnolia flower, one of the only flowers that blooms consistently across diverse climates and soil conditions.

When students are supported, affirmed, and comprehensively prepared to pursue their career aspirations, they will bloom wherever life takes them. They and their families, communities, and local economies will flourish around them.

Accordingly, we provide students with guidance and durable skills that help them engage in school today — and find their future path.

We accomplish this by connecting Northern California middle and high school students with local organizations willing to help them build skills, explore careers, and experience the hands-on world of work alongside industry mentors.
